Volunteers are integral to hosting UK Black Pride every year, and we rely on the dedication and support from our community and allies to keep the event safe. Admin Officer
To further enhance the team we are seeking to develop our structures and are looking to recruit an Admin Officer who will provide administrative and clerical support for the CEO and the UK Black Pride Volunteer Management Team.
Admin Officer (Finance)
To further enhance the team we are seeking to develop our structures and are looking to recruit an Admin Officer who will provide financial admin support to the Finance Director and Head of Finance & Governance ensuring we maintain strict financial governance.
Governance Officer
To further enhance the team we are seeking to develop our structures and are looking to recruit an experienced Governance Officer who will support the CEO, Head of Staff & Head of Finance & Governance with research and knowledge to better educate and advise the communities we serve on policy changes and spheres of influence.

To further enhance the team we are seeking to develop our structures and are looking to recruit an Admin Officer who will provide administrative and clerical support for the CEO, Head of Sponsorships & Partnerships, Sponsorship Manager & Partnership Officer.
Fundraising Manager
To further enhance the team we are seeking to develop our structures and are looking to recruit a Fundraising Manager who will work under the guidance of the CEO to co-design, implement and action our fundraising strategy for UK Black Pride and raise funds all year round.
Fundraising Co-ordinator
To further enhance the team we are seeking to develop our structures and are looking to recruit a Fundraising co-ordinator who will work together with the Fundraising Manager to deliver the UKBP fundraising strategy and raise funds throughout the year for UK Black Pride.
Partnerships Officer
To further enhance the team we are seeking to develop our structures and are looking to recruit an experienced Partnerships Officer who will support the CEO & Head of Sponsorships & Partnerships on building meaningful partnerships and delivering on UKBP efforts in line with the company strategy.
Communications Content Officer
To further enhance the team we are seeking to develop our structures and are looking to recruit a Communications Content Officer who will work with the team under the direction of the Head of Digital, Marketing & Communications in ensuring the effective delivery of UKBP objectives.
Digital Content Officer
To further enhance the team we are seeking to develop our structures and are looking to recruit a Digital Content Officer who will work with the team under the direction of the Head of Digital, Marketing & Communications in ensuring the effective delivery of UKBP objectives.
Social Media & Marketing Officer
To further enhance the team we are seeking to develop our structures and are looking to recruit a Social Media & Marketing Officer who will support the Head of Digital, Marketing & Communications in the creation, maintaining and maximisation of the social media content strategy.
Web & Marketing Officer
To further enhance the team we are seeking to develop our structures and are looking to recruit a Web & Marketing Officer under the direction of the Head of Digital, Marketing & Communications to maintain and improve the UKBP website, leading digital communications to increase awareness, donations and volunteering.
Press & PR Officer
To further enhance the team we are seeking to develop our structures and are looking to recruit a proactive Press & PR Officer to take the lead on reactive and proactive PR working closely with the CEO and the Head of Digital, Marketing & Communications.
Volunteer Engagement Manager
To further enhance the team we are seeking to develop our structures and are looking to recruit a Volunteer Engagement Manager who will work under the guidance of the Head of Community Engagement, the Head of Site Operations and the Head of Commercial Operations to support our volunteer led events throughout the year.
Community Engagement Regional Officer
To further enhance the team we are seeking to develop our structures and are looking to recruit a Community Engagement Regional Officer who under the guidance of the Head of Community Engagement will engage with communities around the country, ensuring that all people who identify as LGBTQIA+ have a say in what we are doing at UKBP.
Pride Event Co-ordinator (Stage & Ent.)
To further enhance the team we are seeking to develop our structures and are looking to recruit a Pride Event Volunteer Co-ordinator (Stage & Ent) who will work under the guidance of the Head of Stage Operations to support our main pride event as well as other volunteer-led events throughout the year.

To further enhance the team we are seeking to develop our structures and are looking to recruit a Pride Event Co-ordinator who will work under the guidance of the Head of Site Operations supporting the logistics of our main UK Black Pride 2025 event.
Site Operations Manager
To further enhance the team we are seeking to develop our structures and are looking to recruit a Site Operations Manager who will work under the guidance of the Head of Site Operations supporting the operations of our main UK Black Pride 2025 event.
Site Logistics Manager
To further enhance the team we are seeking to develop our structures and are looking to recruit a Site Logistics Manager who will work under the guidance of the Head of Site Operations supporting the logistics of our main UK Black Pride 2025 event.

This year's UK Black Pride is taking place on Sunday, 10th August at the Olympic Park in Stratford.

Year on year, we create themes for our event. While it is not a requirement that your performance embodies this, you may decide to incorporate or give credence to our theme.
UK Black Pride is a safe space to celebrate diverse sexualities, gender identities, cultures, gender expressions and backgrounds and we foster, represent and celebrate Black LGBTQI+ and QTIPOC culture through education, the arts, cultural events and advocacy. Importantly, UK Black Pride promotes unity and cooperation among LGBTQI+ people of diasporic communities in the UK, as well as their friends and families.
